Bibadee, Inc. is dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information we obtain from you with care and respect. This Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to children.  Bibadee, Inc. is also a licensee of the TRUSTe Children’s Online Privacy Seal Program.  Parents or guardians use of this Web Site indicates to us that they have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Statement. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Statement, please contact: support@bibadee.com

WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU DO WE COLLECT?

At Bibadee, when parents or guardians come to our site, we automatically collect some non-personally identifiable "computer" information, such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), the user's "IP Address", the web browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and information regarding the Internet service provider. In some cases, if parents choose not to provide us with requested information, they may or may not be able to access all of our Web Site's content or services. We do not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license or pass on your personal information to any third parties that we collect. Your subscription contributions would go towards supporting the site and allow us to keep it safe and fun.

Personally Identifiable Information You Choose to Provide.

We collect the following data from the parents or guardians for the general use of service.

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Zip Code

We also request parents or guardians contact information each time they contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" link. We may retain a record of users who have contacted us in order to respond properly to questions or concerns and for purposes of future communications.
If parents or guardians plan to use Bibadee for setting up playdates for their child, the system will require certain personally identifiable information, including their child(s) name, address, phone number, schedule and Child's Age and or date of birth. This information is necessary to schedule playdates but is completely under their control under the Privacy Control Settings as explained below:

  • None of the personally identifying information is available to public or to any members of the site except to your childs favorites. Even then, the parents of your childs favorites can only see what you want them to see. Remember that you are encouraged to add only the children and their parents you know well as your favorites and they may already know your address and phone number from school directory or else. Even then we have provided parents with a choice that allows them with a complete control.
  • The only people that are added as your childs favorites are the ones you personally invite or accept an invitation from parents you know.
  • You chose yourself which of your personally identifiable information to share and which ones to not to. As an example, you may chose to not show your address to a known friend ‘John Doe” but only chose to show your cell phone number.
  • The more you share information with your favorites, the more effective the scheduling of playdates can be. For example,
    • listing of age will allow appropriate playdate activities to be chosen for that age group
    • listing of date of birth may allow for birthday invitation more effectively. It may not be uncommon for such information to be known in school among friends.
    • listing of schedule when your child is available for playdate, allows for more invitation on playdates. You do not have to put down anything specific as to what specific activity you are busy in, you can just unblock time that you think your child is available for playdates.
      • You can change your privacy setting anytime, contact us of any help that you may need or simply chose to cancel your account as per our terms and conditions and all your personally identifiable information will be taken off.

Again, it is upto parents or guardians to chose to show any of the personally identifiable information. When you enter any personally identifiable information such as age on our registration form, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
