Dr. David Bell
Dr. David Bell
David is an advisory board member for Bibadee.com. He provides guidance on matters such as social contagion and the power of word of mouth for products that create superior value for consumers. He teaches marketing strategy at Wharton School of Business. David is on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Retailing and Marketing Science. He also teaches courses at Aviva, Cendant, Rohm and Haas, Shell Oil, and Toyota. He is the recipient of numerous teaching and research awards. David earned a Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Douglas H. Collom
Douglas H. Collom
Douglas Collom is an advisory board member. His broad range of business knowledge includes corporate governance responsibilities and equity incentive arrangements. For more than 20 years, he has been a partner in the corporate and securities practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In addition, he teaches courses on venture-backed technology companies at Santa Clara University School of Law, the University of California's Hastings College of the Law and at the Wharton School. He received a bachelors degree from Stanford University and a law degree from UCLA. Doug has two children.

Tom is responsible for managing the financial aspects of Bibadee.com He was a senior account manager in the audit division and the business advisory program at Arthur Andersen & Co until 1977. For the last 30 years, Tom has specialized in helping businesses throughout the United States with their financial, accounting, reporting and planning matters. He is the managing partner at De Long Stanislawski & Co. Tom is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. Tom is the father of two girls.

Efrain Hernandez Jr.
Efrain Hernandez Jr.
Efrain is an advisory board member for Bibadee.com. Efrain is an editor at the Los Angeles Times. He was a member of Pulitzer Prize-winning metro staffs at the Times in 2004 and 1998. For nearly five years, he was director of the Tribune Company’s Minority Editorial Training Program based at the Times. Before joining the Times as a staff writer in 1994, he was an editor and staff reporter at The Boston Globe. He also co-hosted and co-produced a weekly news program for WLVI-TV in Boston. Earlier, he was a staff writer at The Hartford Courant in Connecticut and Hispanic Link News Service in Washington, D.C. Efrain received a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. He has two daughters in elementary school.

Claudine is an attorney specializing in product liability, business litigation, and civil litigation. She received numerous law school awards related to intellectual property, legal writing, and editing. She has researched the privacy rights of parents and is a published author on the subject. Claudine received a bachelor’s from the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law. She has two sons, both in preschool, and an infant daughter.

Stephen (Mick) Horwitz is on the Advisory Board. He advises us on creating a superior educational and social experience for parents and children. Mick is the co founder and a board member of Sierra Canyon, a non profit School in the county of Los Angeles that was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 1990 for its unique approach to instruction. Mr. Horwitz was honored with the Volunteer of the Year award from the American Heart Association and has earned a Lifetime California Teaching Credential in 1968. Over the years, he has served on the San Fernando Valley Executive Board of the American Heart Association. His son, Adam is the Dean of Students at Sierra Canyon School.

Jarom specializes in protecting intellectual property rights through patent and trademark applications and copyright registrations.  He works on a diverse range of matters involving business methods, medical devices, electronics, and computer hardware and software. He practices at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear and is registered to practice before United States Patent and Trademark Office. Jarom received a law degree from the University of Minnesota. He has two young children.

Sushil is CEO and Founder of Bibadee.com. Prior to launching Bibadee, Sushil was president of Abacus Diagnostics, which recently received recognition from the U.S. Department of Justice for its innovative crime scene products. Early in his career, Sushil worked on developing corn based food products. Later, he joined Amgen, Inc., where he led initiatives that included developing treatments for cancer and arthritis and the worldwide commercial launch of such treatments. Sushil received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is the father of three elementary school children.

La Tecia draws on years of experience with her own children to develop helpful ideas for other families. She works for Dr. Phil and has a patent pending on a product that rewards kids for their positive behavior. Early in her career, she held various positions with mobile phone company Nokia. La Tecia studied at Southwest Texas State University. She has a daughter in high school and a son in elementary school.

Karthikeyan Rajangam

Karthik is on the Advisory Board. He has held leadership roles during the last 15 years in defining, developing and deploying technology solutions in a variety of functional areas such as telecommunication applications, financial services, internet and intranet application, content and data distribution and web services. Karthik has led the development of technology solutions at Robert Half International, GE Financials, GE Plastics, and Tata Consultancy Services. He received a masters in electronics engineering from Anna University. His son is a pre-kindergarten student.

Belinda

Belinda J.M. Sacks
As a mother of five children, Belinda provides us with a keen insight on the social challenges children often face.  Belinda is a former litigation attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.  She volunteers numerous hours to various charitable organizations, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of BookEnds, a nonprofit organization which recycles children’s books through student-run book drives and places them in schools and with organizations in need of children's books.  Belinda received her Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University School of Law, while also receiving her Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.  Belinda has three sons and two daughters that are in preschool, elementary and middle school.

Dr. Myrna B. Shure is a developmental psychologist and professor of psychology at Drexel University. Her pioneering research on problem solving for children and her, I Can Problem Solve series, have earned her numerous national awards, including those bestowed by the US Department of Education, American Psychological Association, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention and the National Mental Health Association. Dr. Shure is the author or co-author of six books, including Thinking Parent, Thinking Child, Raising a Thinking Child: Help Your Young Child to Resolve Everyday Conflicts and Get Along With Others, and Raising a Thinking Preteen. She received a bachelor’s in sociology from University of Illinois and a doctorate in developmental psychology from Cornell University.
